[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wish we had gone with this machine years ago! This machine saves, saves, saves! Our water bill has definitely gone down and we use use way less detergent. The clothes come out incredibly clean with no smells or residue. Colors are brighter, whites are whiter. The stain treatment and sanitize cycles are fantastic. We had this machine since Feb ‘18 and have found flaws. For anyone looking for a new washing machine, you can’t go wrong with this washer!

Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a great job cleaning even when I forgot to pre-treat my shirt collars. The extended refresh keeps my clothes from smelling stale.
If you have king sized thick comforters I strongly recommend going with a larger capacity.
It makes a loud rumbling as the water enters before the rotations begin. Definitely can’t wash at night.

Perfect clothes

Best washing machine I've ever had.

It died after 3 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It died after 3 months and one of the motherboards inside had to be replaced which was a huge inconvenience. I did not choose this unit. My landlord did. I was unhappy with it from the moment I got it.. I don't understand how this is High Efficiency when you have to use the extra rinse cycle AND an additional "rinse and spin" cycle just to get a tablespoon's worth of low sudsing detergent out of your clothing. It takes forever to do a wash and your clothes never really feel clean. And a brand new washer should not die and need to be repaired after only 3 months. If I wasn't a renter, I would not have this washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Typically, adding more than the required amount of detergent can extra sudsing in clothing during a cycle. Also, the cycle length will vary, depending on the options that are chosen. Choosing extra options, can extend the cycle time.
