By far the best backpack I've ever owned

I'm sad I found out about this backpack AFTER I graduated college! I recently got hired at a large technology company, and I needed a nice backpack I could take to meetings, lug my laptop, headset, and all other accessories around in. This does the job perfectly. It's functional, high quality, but is also elegant and classy for a workplace setting. The laptop compartment fits my large and heavy 15" laptop.
I am petite at 5'3 with a small frame, so a women's backpack that isn't so wide and bulky was a must for me. I am so glad I finally found a backpack that doesn't make me feel like I'm teetering over. I walk to and from work, and this is comfortable enough to where my back isn't killing me after a long walk- even when my backpack is heavy. I have absolutely no complaints about this backpack. I receive so many compliments!
Ogio, where were you 5 years ago when I was just starting college and walking 3-5 miles on campus a day?! ;)

This backpack is extremely comfortable to wear. It's well made and has so many zippered areas with soft lining to protect all of my office items, laptop, etc. The blue color is very pretty and the buttons give it a bit of style.

Button coming off

One of the back buttons is coming off my backpack and I've had it less than a month. Other than the issue with the button, I love the color of the backpack and it's the perfect size for work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

school + travel for petite women

When I got this backpack I used it primarily for school. Now I use it for travel and traipsing around Silicon Valley. I can carry my laptop + DSLR and other travel essentials simultaneously and still feel comfortable. I love all the pockets that keep me organized.
I've had mine for about 7.5 years and while it definitely looks tired, I'm extremely impressed with the durability - the zippers, pockets, lining, exterior fabrics/buttons - everything is in tact. No tears, stains etc. This has been the perfect backpack to use as my carry-on as well as daypack for travel on everything from adventures like jungle trekking to a day in a major city. As a petite woman, I have found it difficult to find a feminine looking pack that also has the carrying capacity that the Soho has, without looking like I'm carrying luggage.
The use case where I wouldn't use my Soho is in formal meetings with clients/work. This backpack, while feminine with the peacoat look, still looks casual. If Ogio made the hardware look sleeker and added a waterproof water bottle pocket internally, I'd be more inclined to use this for work as well.
I wish this backpack came with a rain cover - something that could double as a rain cover as well a cover to protect it from getting dirty when placing underneath your seat in a plane. I wish the pocket for the laptop chord was deeper and not sealed with a velcro strap. That strap always comes undone on my pack. And I wish there were grommets on the bottom so that the fabric doesn't touch the ground/floor.
Pros: a lot carrying capacity while still comfy, feminine looking, awesome for travel + school, great for petite women, durable
Cons: casual looking, no rain cover, no travel cover, no grommets on the bottom

Great backpack!

Love this! Lots of pockets to keep items organized and spend less time rummaging around for things. Very comfortable and I had no neck or back strain. I carried 2 laptops and cords and mouse and still had plenty of room for cell phone cords and power packs and snacks along with other essential travel items. Can’t wait to use this again on my next trip next month!

Had this backpack for 6 years

Just recommended this brand to someone and looked it up to see what kind of new backpacks they might sell. Found my old backpack and thought I ought to write a review cause this is literally the best backpack I have ever had. This is the exact same backpack I got freshman year of high school and I am still using it at the end of my sophomore year of college with absolutely no rips, tears, or any problems. I've treated this backpack like crap, throwing it around, overpacking it with heavy items, and bringing it everywhere with me. I thought at one point it would have to give way, but it's still going strong 6 years later. Every once in a while after I throw it in the wash, it literally looks as good as new. I swear to god, I may be wearing this backpack for the rest of my life. That's how good it is. In addition to being extremely well made, it's also just generally a nice looking backpack and fits a surprising amount of things. I have on many occasions fit several textbooks and my surface book 2 in it. You will not regret buying this backpack.
Pros: extremely reliable, fits a lot, cute

Amazing backpack!

I love this backpack! I’d been searching forever and loved the buttons and features described so I ordered one and have not been disappointed. It’s comfortable on my back and since I walk a lot that’s important. It fits my 15” laptop perfectly and also has room for papers, books and a binder. And I love all the extra pockets and places to tuck chargers, cables, earphones and a water bottle. I’m so happy with this product.
