Holds more than you think! Falls over a lot.

Bought this 7 years ago and it has held up very well for daily use (college student) and world travels. A 15” laptop fits very snugly into the laptop pocket, so forget using a laptop sleeve as well if you want your 15” to fit. It will still fit in the compartment, just not the pocket. Very well padded on the back (for your comfort and laptop protection) Sometimes love/hate the inner additional pocket intended for your charging cable. My charging cable is too big to fit so normally it’s just my Apple Pencil and random things. This pocket protrudes into the second compartment if it is full.
I am able to fit my 15” Acer Aspire E15 laptop, 7th gen 10.5” iPad in a neoprene sleeve and Bluetooth keyboard in first compartment. Second compartment also holds a lot of large, bulkier items. I hardly use most of the outer pocket organizers so they’re honestly a waste for me.
Overall very sturdy and stylish. Only gripe is that if you try to stand the backpack upright against a table leg, it will constantly fall over backwards onto the outer pocket side even when mostly empty because it is so top heavy and curved. When the backpack is very full, the side pockets are useless and cannot hold your water bottle. (Backpack must collapse inward to accommodate a water bottle).
Highly recommend if you want something stylish, fairly compact that can hold and organize a lot of things. Generous padding for laptop protection but will not accommodate a 15” laptop with additional case or sleeve in the pocket.

Just got this bag a month ago and one of the decorative buttons already fell off. At such a high price point I expect better quality.

I loved this backpack for several weeks however within two weeks all three of the outer buttons fell off. First one I noticed it was missing and thought ok no big deal. The second one I saw it pop off but couldn't catch the button, it fell below the train. Now the front pocket is useless and there isn’t an easy way to stick buttons back on. Frustrating!

Call me crazy but I’m on my second one and having the same button problem. I love the style and thought it was my use causing the button problems. So I bought the second one and same exact problems with the buttons falling off.

I love the look of this backpack and how much it holds. However, the second time I used it one of the buttons on the front fell off while I was walking. I should be able to use a product more than once without issue.

I bought my OGIO over 8! years ago. It's a royal blue model with polka dot insides, most of all the same compartments as the modern version.
I am on the site thinking about investing in a new one, because I am a hobby seamstress, and I can feel that my zippers are at the near end of their life--but my Ogio is hanging in there. I mean, 8 years!
I used this bag to complete a double bachelors while working 50 plus hours as a General Manager for a multi-million retail business location of an International Brand--and did I mention my internship at Stanford VA medical? I mention the variety of my life for a few reasons. I put this bag to task--stretched its ability to hold heavy psych and business books, files, tech, laptop, lunches, you name it, its held it. All the while, this bag was received positively for its appearance EVERYWHERE. I was constantly asked where people could get their own.
I finished my degrees in 2015 and converted my use of this bag to my landscape photography bag. Yup. In the dirt, tumbled by a salty California ocean wave or two (eeeks), until I could finally find a company that made a camera bag with enough room for all my gear that would fit my female form (and they sponsored me!). Maybe Ogio needs to jump into that game ;)
Now my darling bag is once again a dedicated laptop bag and still kicking behinds and taking names. I was hoping to find some new color options (currently they are sold out) and hoping that that the water holder had been enlarged, but no matter--definitely not a deal breaker. It is tempting to investigate one of the non-female specific backpacks for all the additional compartments (this chica love's an organized bag!), but the fit when wearing this SOHO really does have a huge impact in comfort and stability. (For reference, I am 5'9" but still fairly short in the torso.)
If you need a backpack that will work as hard as you do, this IS your bag.
Cons: bigger waterbottle pockets, another layer of compartments, more color options, better back padding

I've had this backpack for 12 years now. I bought it to lug textbooks as a second career college student and it took a beating while looking great. Since, it has become my day bag at least 3 days a week for carrying essentials (water bottle, small umbrella, laptop, notebook, phone, wallet, keys, cables, pens, and often a meal and/or a light outer layer like a vest or hoodie in size xs) as well as has become my go-to travel backpack. It's starting to show its age only in that it's past being cleaned to looking like new again, but still looks pretty sharp considering how often it comes with me to the all mulch dog park and gets dirtied. I also appreciate that it's lightweight and comfortable to wear for the most part (it holds a lot, which means it can be a heavy load, not the bag's fault). Overall, no regrets and I'd go back and buy this bag all over again.

Purchased to carry laptop on business trips. Pros: liked the pocket to stored power cable or sunglasses cases; three zipped compartments and internal sleeves for organizing. Outside pocket for bottled water. Cute bag. Cons: doesn’t have strap to secured onto suitcase handle. Shoulder straps would self adjust to longest level. Outside sleeve pocket too narrow to slip in my small (coach file) purse. Concerned if long the top lift strap will separate from bag at some point.
