Beautiful pictures

I love my Samsung Galaxy s5. It takes super pictures. You can zoom in on something hundreds of yards away. The colors are so vivid and there is such detail. I also love the fact that I can play games without them freezing up (like they did on my previous phone). And if the phone gets wet I have the assurance that my phone will not be ruined. Love it!!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

This phone is one of the best phones i have ever used, i hope it gets Android L and also this phone would be even faster than it is now if it didnt have Touchwiz UI. Other than that the phone is really good and the camera is one of the best you would have on a smartphone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, camera

This phone is one of the best phones I have ever purchased. I am so happy I decided on it. The phone is very user friendly, easy to figure out. If I didn't know how to do something I was able to find a quick answer on google. My favorite feature about the Galaxy S5 has been the amazing camera. It has awesome resolution and I love the different options it has for taking pictures; ex: beauty face, shot & more, panorama. The camera is EXCELLENT! Another thing I love about this phone is that it is so fast. I have never had a problem with the phone locking up or running slow. One thing I wasn't too fond about was the length of the battery. I switched from a Droid Razr Maxx which even after 2 years old still had a pretty good battery life. Once I had the Galaxy, it didn't seem like the battery was lasting very long, even when I wasn't playing on it. But once I turned off all of the apps I wasn't using and things like that, it really improved my battery life. I would also suggest letting it completely die a few times to get it oriented to your usage, that also helped mine. Overall, this is a great phone and I would highly recommend it!!

Upgraded from an S3 I had for Almost 2 years that is a great phone. The S5 is faster, feels lighter, water proof which is big plus. Definitely happy with the upgrade.

Glad I waited for this phone!

As an older person of 60+ years, I resisted getting a smart phone for a long time. I had tried a touch screen phone (but not smartphone) once, and it was a disaster in my opinion. Finally, my job needs overrode my trepidation. After seeing how much my three sons and husband love their Samsung Galaxy 5, I decided to take the leap into the 21st century.
I love all the features, the ease of use, and the way it keeps my texts in groups...a great bonus for me, as I text extensively in my job. I just got back from three days in a vacation spot with my special needs son, and we were able to find a bowling alley for when it rained, a great place to have the best steak dinner, and business hours of the attractions we wanted to visit.
This is a great experience for a first-time smart phone user.
