Happy with the Galaxy line

I lost my S4 and upgraded to the S5 sooner than I would have done otherwise. I think I actually liked the S4 a little better. Overall the features are great on this line and I do recommend the devices. However, the S5 more so than the S4 tends to be a little glitchy. It will freeze and need to be restarted or even have the battery removed and replaced every so often. It also actually seems to have a HARDER time connecting to data signals than the S4 did. In particular, despite being set to automatically switch between Wifi and 4G depending on signal availability, I have to watch because it's fairly common for it to sit with NO data signal until I restart (or turn airplane mode on then off) to get it to look for a signal. I like the size, display, other features. Camera is good, not great. Overall for the amazing things that smartphones do and the amount of trouble, this is what I expect (seamless operation MOST of the time, but not perfection).
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: data signal issues

Love how "clear" this phone makes apps and usage. Also - the extreme crispness of the screen is AMAZING! Bright, sharp, clear!

This Phone keeps me moving forward!

In full disclosure, I work for a carrier. I have access to TONS of phones to trial, to test, to use as my personal phone. I didn't choose the Samsung Galaxy 5.... it chose me. I won it in a contest...BUT... I would pay for it, and I can say that with confidence after using it for just a few months.
This phone rocks. The display is crystal clear, the features are ergonomically and intuitively placed so that they are easy to activate.
I just started running about a year ago. The design of the S5 is tough enough to be my primary running companion - without an arm band or any assistance. The blue tooth pairs easily with my sports earbuds, my car, and my computer (I've struggled with blue tooth on other devices, so this was a huge win for the S5).
I LOVE Samsung's S Health app- right down to the built in heart rate monitor. My music plays great thanks to the S5's "equalizer" app that sets the volume for all of my different files at the same level- this keep me from needing to constantly adjust the volume on longer runs. I have my notes at my finger tips for my relay team thanks to the S5's ability to sync with my MS One Note Notebook. Did I mention the reminder to close your charging port and seal up your phone so that it doesn't get liquid damaged? For anyone that's spilled a cup of coffee on their desk... I SERIOUSLY recommend the S5.
Camera is AWESOME.... in-Call sound is great..... GPS seems more accurate than my previous phones too.
I discover something new I love about this phone everyday!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: needs more internal storag (because i load it up!)

I believe that this phone is overall the best out right now. I Enjoy The speed of the phone and the size of the phone. As a previous apple owner I can really see the difference and I am glad I made the switch. The only two minor problem in my eyes are the battery covers design and the foe metal frame.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight, fast processor, water resistantance, size
Cons: the design of the battery cover, the fact the frame is not metal, random auto correct sometimes

Great upgrades with the new model

A great upgrade

After getting frustrated with iPhone system upgrades that did not work, I switched to an Android phone. I love this phone - especially the large display. The camera is wonderful and takes great photos and videos. A great upgrade for me!

I had never bought the newest thing before but I love this phone, a mini computer in my hand, actually faster than my old home system. I love the screen size and picture quality. I recommend this phone because it's easy to use and I can see the screen and buttons better than past phones.
