I've had my phone about a month now & I absolutely LOVE IT! I take the bus & rely on my phone for entertainment/reading/music/etc. during my commute. We also have an electronic ticketing application for our local bus service, so I have to have battery power to be able to utilize the app.
With my old phones, I had to put the phone in airplane mode or leave it in the break room for hours to charge. When I saw the Ultra Power Save I KNEW this was my next phone! I use it daily & sometimes I'm able to get a ride home, so just use the power save. When I take break/lunch, I use my phone & put it back into the save mode when I go back to work.
I also love that when I'm listening to my music, I have access to pause/play, ff/rewind tracks without having to unlock the phone.
I haven't had to use it IRL just in playing with the phone, but also love the option of having the camera accessible without having to unlock the phone. There have been times in the past where I've seen something & by the time I got into my phone it was gone!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

S5 is a pleasure to use each day

Have found the S5 to be an indispensable companion for the day. It provides assistance at work, while I'm on the go by foot, and while at home. I am consistently impressed by its battery life and that even while walking outside in the hot sun using an Otterbox case, it doesn't get very hot. Performance is very good as expected with apps running smoothly, Connections to other devices and networks is fluid. The external SD card capacity is very nice and the OTG functions well. I am still surprised coming from a 3G phone the S5 is not only faster network-wise, but has registered speeds beyond my Laptop's 5Ghz N-Class performance on WiFi and has even registered higher speeds than my cable Internet through 4G LTE in certain locations. It goes to show how well though out as a whole this device is and I'm a proud owner.
The only things I have found that aren't 100% for me is that I wish it had 3 Gb of RAM instead of 2 Gb. Probably not as important now, but in 2 yrs this may be more significant. The 2nd issue is that while I appreciate S Health and the data it provides, it would be helpful to have a way to export this information to a CSV file or to another app for further analysis. This would allow the user of S Health to better identify trends. Lark isn't bad, but is very limited in what it can provide at the moment, but this is a step in the right direction.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, temperate under load, battery life

Great battery life if you keep some applications from running all the time. Screen size and clarity of images are superior. Impressed with camera and video quality. Still learning the finer aspects of navigation.
Great phone decent build and durable over all very satisfied
Pros: Bright display

S5 is a reliable and sweet phone to own!

I have thus far owned the s3, s4, and now the s5. The s5 is by far the best of these. Love the fingerprint scanner as it really works well. I enjoy the other apps on it. The only things i wish were different is that the menu button would still be to the left of the home key, like in the s3 and s4. Also, the camera set up is different and so far im not loving it, but to be cair i havent spent much time delving into it. Battery is huge but lasts much much longer than other galaxys. Owned it for about a month now and i think its a great phone for the price!!
