This phone has so far exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the general quality, dynamic display and ease of use and learning new features.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, screen size, processing speed, easy to learn features

I previously had the S3 and It was so far and beyond any phone I had prior so after I passed on the s4 and the s5 was coming out I decided to upgrade because my phone was cracked and the battery died 3 times a day so It was either always on the charger or I was replacing the battery every couple hours. I came in with really high expectations, and to be fair I think they had the right idea as far as features, and the power it has inside. Out of the box 1/4 of your hd is gone because touchwiz is a huge space eater and there are a lot of apps that I have never nor will I ever use and you can't delete them. Some of them can be disabled but its still there. It have a fast processor but you wouldn't ever know it you didn't go and toggle developer options, and disable other apps. Sprint Service is pretty bad always, and with this one they found a way to get worse. It is supposed to be on the spark network, the latest greatest released way to soon disappointment. How are you going to hinder a products production by having spark on it and nowhere in the country that it is fully functional. LTE is never available without toggling airplane mode on and off or resetting and even then it is short lived if even that. Screen is nice and bright, I personally like the LG G2 better as far as the speed and picture quality. It has a slower processor but it could have fooled me and its picture was stunning. Back to the S5, The build quality, overall I have to say it is a pretty sturdy phone, I have had a case on it since I bought it and I have been very careful not to drop it but if it was to fall I am confident it would hold up well. The back cover is super thin and I always worry I am going to break it taking the phone apart to do anything. I was really excited about the water resistant build and I liked not having to worry about it getting wet in the rain or dropping it in the sand at the beach because it was sealed. I noticed the first day that the usb3 port cover was not secured very well, it was built very poorly, and it is going to come off very quickly after multiple uses. The piece is small and not easy to keep up with when detached. other than that its a solid phone, Speakers are a little disappointing, actually a lot because if you sit it next to the htc one m8 it will blow the s5 away. I like the design its nice looking, just wish it was more functional out of the box and built to last.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, loaded with features
Cons: not the most durable, sprint hurt this phone by removing features, no 4g lte 95 %of the time, a lot of the features are not utilized.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this phone. It's easy to navigate plus it has so many extras features. I like how easy it is to use. My techy son instantly took it away from me to see how different it is from his Samsung Galaxy S4. Thanks Samsung!!

I like the phone, when it is working. My phone freezes everyday at least once and up to 3 times a day. I've talked to tech support at T-Mobile a few times and also Samsung. They always say I shouldn't have any additional problems but it still freezes daily. When this happens nothing works! Not even the power button. Also the battery doesn't last long and the phone gets uncomfortably hot.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: doesn't work all the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love samsung, I'v been using their products all this years, any new phone including the S5, but this last one uhmm! they really should have do it better, no as fast as the S4 or another new flagship in the last market and no new improvements, just same S4 with few improvements , they should think to put a better screen saver material for the front camera, mine S5 just got the floor and that tiny crystal broke apart and warranty doesn't covers any drop, so be careful or you'll be paying the consequences like me, even if you have insurance the deductible is going to be the same $... without exceptions
Pros: Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, expensive

All I have to say is the camera is one of the reasons I traded my s4 to the s5. I love the way it focuses on the object or view I'm trying to take.
