this is my first Samsung smartphone and I love it. it has awesome features on it. Like you can voice text and send and the person can here your voice . they do not have to read . I love this feature on this phone as well as it has a very very nice cam pictures are so clear and the video is also amazing on it. I am so glad i picked this phone it is the Best
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, voice testing and the person can here your voice

I switched from iPhone to Galaxy S5 and could not be happier about my decision. This is by far my favorite phone I've owned.

This phone is horrible. The ear piece has so much static that people have difficulty hearing me. The swipe to answer feature is not as sensitivite as the rest of this idiotic phone. Buyer beware.

Loving my S 5!

Switched from the S 3 to the S 5 and so far I am loving it! The camera takes amazing pictures and the phone is extremely faster than my S 3. It is also the lightest phone I've ever had. Only had it for a week so far and can't wait to see what it can do. But loving the new features like the fingerprint scanner, S health, the new camera modes, and the new overall look of the phone. This is the best Samsung Galaxy yet!

Cons: removed some of the motions used on my s 3

This is my first Samsung phone and so far I like it a lot but there are some issues with the phone.
First of all, the phone has great reception, sound quality, great camera and is very easy to set up and get going. But like I said above the phone does have some issues.
The biggest problem I have had so far is with bluetooth connectivity. I have researched online and it seems that thousands of people are having the same problem and it seems to be a firmware issue. The problem is that when the phone is connected to your car it will allow incoming calls but when you try to place an outgoing call the phone connects, rings twice then disconnects. I have tried all the "fixes" I could find and none of them work and from what all the blogs are saying it is a firmware issue that Samsung is not going to fix.
The other issue with the bluetooth is that it will not sync your phonebook contacts so when you go to place a call your phonebook is empty. Again, I found hundreds of complaints like these online with no solution to fix them.
The only other issue I have with the phone is the bloatware that comes with it that you cannot delete. This is an issue with a lot of companies not just Samsung though. It would be nice to buy a phone and only put apps on that I want not a bunch of stuff I will never use.
It is sad to spend this much money on a new phone and have these kind of issues. I am tempted to revert back to my previous phone simply because I spend a lot of time in my car and if I cannot place a call while driving what good is the phone.
Also, I am on my second S5 now, the first one died after having it for 45 days.
Pros: overall good easy to use phone
Cons: terrible bluetooth connectivity
