Wish I could give zero stars...

This phone is terrible. While playing soccer with it in my pocket, the phone thought I was trying to enter my passcode, so after 10 incorrect attempts, it deleted everything. All 1200+ photos/videos, including everything that was on my external memory card. Why in the world is it able to delete everything on my memory card?! Why would it not just disable and require me to bring it into a Verizon store in order to get it working again? Prior to this issue, I have had SO many other problems with it. Seriously hate this phone - I'm counting down the days for when I can get an iPhone.
Pros: good pictures using back camera
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, terrible pictures using front camera
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't buy samsung again

The touchwiz is slow and it freezes alot, you have to restart the phone few times a day to keep it runing smooth. the charging cable stopped working after 3 weeks of purchasing the phone. the camera is much better than the S4, but i don't like the speakers sound, its way too low. the chrome trim around the phone is very cheap, it pealed off from putting the case on and off. very dissapointed. this is definitly my last samsung device..
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Too big, Did not meet expectations

My first time experience owning a smart phone!

Don't have any other smart phones to compare this phone to. I absolutely love all the features on this phone. The size of the phone is perfect, not to small, not to large. I am continuously learning new things on a daily basis on this phone. The technology blows my mind. The picture quality is outstanding. The speaker sound is awesome.
The only real complaint I have is difficulty plugging my phone to the charger. The charger is very hard to insert into my phone. It takes me several attempts to do this.
This is a five star phone and surpasses my expectations of what a smart phone has to offer. You should buy one! You won't be sorry!!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: hard to attach charger to phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

samsung galaxy s5 is the best phone ever ,nice display size , nice color and great camera for photos also tons of features,recommend this over IPHONE anyday!!!

I am very satisfied with this phone. It has great features and customizability! I enjoy that I have the option to carry a spare battery and swap it out when needed; no need to be tethered to a line attached to a wall. This S5 phone does everything I want it to do. My only complaint is the weakness of the external speaker. (Needs to be louder)
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, very customizable, repels finger prints, water and dust resistant, quick connect to wi-fi and verizon airways, battery lasts easily over 24+ hours (moderate use)
Cons: external speaker not loud enough
