Long lasting phone

I have had this phone for a couple of years and recently started using it again for business. It still performs wonderfully!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight

Has some issues

I'm seeing some problems when I'm on a call/or not(I have the s-view case) and the phone will not come from out of sleep mode. The two buttons on the bottom will light up but the screen will not come on when I hit the power button or home button. I'm seeing some lag with the KB when in the messaging app as well. But it's a pretty good phone would have loved to see a design change of some sort
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, no metal design, software bugs

the apps are great but camera is blurred, tales long to focus

The camera is a con for this phone, it takes long to focus and is blurry and the screen seems scrambly like rice like sometimes, also it does not take clear pics from far away. Needs some improvement in this department.
Has many free, useful apps, finger print scanner is a plus haven't checked the heart monitor as yet.

In general its really and excellent phone. I use to own the galaxy 4 and i upgraded to the 5.

love the phone better than the s4 only issue is im assuming that being so new is why socialmedia apps crash and freeze up a lot. also home screen and camera do the same hopefully and update will be out shortly to correct these issues.

This phone is nothing but Samsung having customers pay for apps....we can't use any storage drives other than the 16 GB that came with the phone. I brought a 32 GB SD card and can't use it at all. What is the point of this phone ..if this is all you can do with this phone and Samsung don't send out a fix so we can use the other drives it will lose it following. I'm sure...it like THE phone IS NO LONGER DOING WHAT WE BROUGHT IT FOR....TIME TO FIND Another REPLACEMENT.
Pros: this phone makes me sad and upset, there are no pro's
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I was just sitting there and then randomly my gs5 turns off and deletes all of my data. So I just decided to restart it and try to get my data back on. After at least an hour of trying to turn it back on and trying to fix it, it does the same thing again.
My friend had it worse. He got his gs5 and set it up. No more the 15 minutes of having it setup it fell into his sink while he was washing dishes. It was not waterproof like advertised.
Overall I wouldn't buy recommend this to anyone
Pros: Lightweight, had a great camera
Cons: Poor quality, Too big, Did not meet expectations, deleted my data multiple times, not waterproof like advertised, horrible picture/screen quality, way too big

This phone is stunning. The design is very sleek and modern. The layout is user friendly and easy to learn. Performance is very fast and the camera/video images are beautiful.
