Great phone overall

Design of phone is great, minus that pesky new-style charger. Phone itself runs great, easy to operate and navigate. Feels great in the hand and pocket, not too heavy or bulky.
When I wanted to upgrade from the S4, the S6 had just come out and I found out it wouldn't take an SD card. I decided to just upgrade to the S5 so I could use the micro SD for extra storage space. About 2 weeks later, my husband (who has been a diehard IPhone user for years) decided to change to android. He went to the same place I went and was able to get the S7 which DOES take the micro SD. Unfortunately for me, the young lady that helped me when I upgraded was misinformed and told me that Samsung had decided to stop putting the sd slots in phones from the S6 forward. With that being said, I love my S5 and am not even sure I would trade it for an S7 at this point. I love my phone.
My last phone was an S3. This S5 seems to have a better feel. The only complaint I have is the internal memory is too small, but that was a choice, but did not realize how much memory Samsung and Verizon programs would take up that cannot be moved to SD memory.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable
Cons: not enough internal memory
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery life is poor. But is easily navigatable. Love the navigation and map apps.
I love this phone. I had a iphone 5c and it's nothing compared to this samsung s4 . I like the lightness and the way the phone is designed. I can see better and I can actually see the words. This samsung phone is a 5 star for me especially because it's faster than the iPhone 5 I had.
I bought this phone a year and a half ago. At first the excitement of the features, ease of use and performance out weight the hefty price. Then as the phone gets older, the battery only last about 8 hours, the phone freezes and gets hot. Most often the phone doesn't ring and a missed call doesn't even show up. For what you pay for a phone today, one would think the phone would last as long as your two year contract.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

The S5 is an amazing phone, packed with features and very nicely styled. A bit pricey but an awesome package.
