The charging port gives out and apparently its a common issue.

Seeing as my options for getting a new phone were to say the least expensive... and my warranty was over I decided to save a few bucks and change the part my self. After watching several youtube videos the process seemed invasive but doable. I did everything as suggested and turned on my phone and the touch censer no longer works.....Long story short they design it poorly so you have to buy a new phone before your contract is up its just plain wasteful. I loved it up until all that :-(
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love, love it! Has few bugs but nothing is perfect. Only thing I didn't like is the finger print security lock just stopped working one day for no reason and never worked again and the backup password wouldn't open it either. I'd recommend this phone to family and friends.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, cost too much

Much better that the galaxy s4. However I wish they stop getting bigger the features and fastness are much better. Better made than the s4,can take some drops...well as lot:)

I love my Samsung galaxy s5. At first I thought I wasn't going to like this phone because it was a lot larger than my iPhone 4s, however, I got used to it quick. This phone is super fast and more durable than expected. I have dropped this phone on concrete without a case and it didn't leave but a couple little cosmetic dents in the silver. Now after over a year of using this phone I have managed to Crack the screen but it is still holding up really well! Even with an almost shattered screen I still get the same operations out of my magic box lol. I hope everyone else who has purchase this product has the same experience I have because I would get another one and actually plan on it :) Thanks Samsung !
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, big screen, great camera

This is truly the best phone I have ever owned. I've been using cell phones for about 12-13 years and this one is awesome. I am using the shimmering White and love it. It has an awesome camera also. I would recommend this phone to anyone who is shopping for a phone. Thanks Samsung for the Galaxy.
