I loved this phone before the most recent upgrade came along. Talk about ruining a great product in one simple download!!! It went from great to junk. I spend most of my time wanting to throw this thing over a bridge now. It is a piece of junk!!! I'm switching to I phone next time. Put the phone back the way it was before the upgrade and maybe I'll reconsider that. I can't say enough bad things about this product in its current configuration!!! I HATE IT!!!
Pros: no pros
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, there aren't enough cons to list., take the previous comment and multiply it., you can't multiply that high., there is not a number high enough, the phone is unresponsive., the phone locks up., the phone overheats, i can keep on as long as you add spaces., the phone is overpriced., the phone is bulky and hard to hold etc.!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Phone worked fine for the first 6 months then started getting slower,battery stared drain faster.After Android 5.0 phone then started to having heating problems, battery shortened even more,camera is not working correctly any more and I am not happy with the phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Galaxy s5 cell, its water resistant, the sound quality is great and it charges extremely fast, can't go wrong with that!!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, water resistant, free apps, connects with other samsung products, charges fast without over heating
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have tried other phones by other makers and nothing has compared to Samsung. Wish I had this years ago would have saved a lot of headaches.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, design

This phone is very brittle and the lcd is very expensive to replace vs other models of similar size. Do not buy this phone, if you do get a very heavy duty case to keep it in.

purchased, charging port was bunk..... wireless carrier replaced it with refurbished version....... also bunk..... refurbished version was older than original purchase and the warranty was out... so i ended up with less than a year manufacturers warranty on 2 different galaxy s5 devices that both turned out to have MANUFACTURERS defects.... live chat support was very polite and professional but obviously focused on trying to save money... in the long run, that lost samsung my money because when i next upgrade, my samsung tablet and samsung smart tv and samsung chrome book and samsung cell phone it wont be a samsung...
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, fast
Cons: defective usb charging port, replaced with defective refurbished phone

I love this phone it can withstand lots of contact for instance my s5 fell off a car at 55 mph and not a single thing is wrong with it. This is a wonderful phone and I recommend it to everyone.
