Dissappointed with Cell Phone Calls

I like everything on this smart phone, except for the performance with making and receiving calls. Even when I am in an area that has good 4 G service, there are many occasions my phone does not ring and I have missed very important calls which go directly to voice mail. When I do get connected to people over the phone, they are always complaining they can't hear me. I went to my service provider and shared these issues and they sent me a new phone, but it doesn't work any better and has the same problems.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this phone no glitches in system operations whatsoever I've never had a speed problem and its style is sleek and small just how I like it

This phone has an excellent camera and other features but the sound quality is not that great when using the speaker.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I have no regrets from changing my iPhone to a Samsung it doesn't matter if its 5,6 I've had a Samsung nexus and loved it but my husband got me the iPhone which I didn't like it pictures dark etc.. Now I have a Samsung s5 and all I can say is I love it its great I totally recommend Samsung like I said it doesn't matter if it s5 or the new one edge the quality is good thank you

I have had this phone for 3 weeks, and I love it. I switched from the iPhone 6, and would not go back to Apple. It is easy to use, great battery life, and great Apps!! Excellent product!!

I have owned the S5 for several years and have really loved it. It handles the speed and apps really well. My biggest complaints are I have had several instances of batteries going quick and overheating. Luckily I have the removable batteries. Also, I wish there was a bigger storage option (S6 has it and I'm holding out for S7). And finally I wish there was a way to get rid of all the apps that I don't use and don't want but they're taking up a lot of space on my phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, ease of apps, external storage, removable battery
Cons: battery (overheats and goes fast), storage space, all the surplus apps that i don't use
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product has lots of issues

Galaxy s5 shimmery white is not a bad phone but the whole charging system I've gone through say five different phones through insurance companies and/or warranties due to the charging of the chords and the brackets breaking and or bending so not real excited about this product

Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations

The only problem I have with my phone is the microphone. Everybody tells me it sounds like I am in a holler. The microphone doesn't pick up sound on my phone anyway, for the most part. I truly miss my old flip phone. I am spoiled to the many things I can do with this phone. But I guess I am getting old. Not really, only 45. I can do without a computer in my phone. Phone calls and texts is about I need. I really do love this phone except for that one problem.

Cons: microphone location too small
