Seem Great, But It Isn't

The phone is slow and laggy, the display has problems when I receive a text. The camera is very strong, but after that, the phone falls apart.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

I've had several cell phone is the brick and this is the best phone ever. Well since the upgrade. The upgrade was horrible at fist but I'm still working threw the bugs. Other than that the phone is a great little phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I was never a fan of samsung til I got my S5, I love all the features and the picture quality of the phone. I will definitely be sticking with samsung phones.

I have used Samsung Galaxy phones for 3 years. The Galaxy 5 is my office on the go. Easy to use. No problem downloading apps. I would recommend it

I loved this phone until the update. It's now the most aggravating device I have to use on a daily basis. It gets hot, my battery is next to nonexistent in life, it constantly crashes, my screen is unresponsive more often than not, it is so freaking slow, and it likes to screen my phone calls for me, which it does by just refusing to let calls come through, same with text messages, they just float around and never make it to their destination. It's horrible. I hate it. They have actually replaced my phone 3 times now but it's not the phone, it's the software that runs the phone that makes it worthless. I can only hope they fix this update but I'm not holding my breath. I still have a year and a half on my contract and then I'm done with the galaxy phones. I loved my S3. But this one is horrible.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, lollipop update
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
