I was a bit hesitant about the transition at first but now I'm absolutely in love. This phone is complicated but basic enough for the simple techy. It gives you all the great features of the traditional galaxy phones but I would recommend this product over and over again.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight

I had an iPhone for several years. I made the transition last year. I love my Galaxy's feature so much more than the iPhone. I can do much more with it.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight

I cant figure out how to transfer my pictures and videos to sd card. And there are too many pre installed apps I dont know how to use and dont want. Also these apps can not be deleted.
Pros: Durable

I like the camra and the keypad. I also like how big the screen is.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Worth the step up from S4

So this is a company phone for me, and my last one was an S4 that I was very happy with. Every thing is a step up except in one area, and it just might be my phones. This Glxy S5 does not seem to have the same Bluetooth range as my last Glxy S4. The S4 went 100 feet easily, this S5 starts breaking up at 50, and drops at 75ft. I was Bluetooth headphones at work and used to be able to walk around my area listening to music, taking calls, and getting notifications. Really nice if I need to have my charger plugged in.
On the plus side, you can now disable apps in Android so they don't load and want to be updated, but you still can't uninstall the factory apps. Since it's a company phone I can't jail break, and this is really Verizon's fault.
Another plus, for me any way, is you can still swap batteries and memory cards. For this reason alone, I could not step up to the Glxy 6 Edge +.
A down would be the sound is low and still to the rear of the phone, sorry I work in a noisy environment. I will miss calls if I don't have my headphones on.
I really like the phone, I hope the company lets me keep it in the end

The fact that the Galaxy S5 is water resistant and has a 16mp camera is enough for me! Android OS with all of my favorite apps along with the trusted Samsung name, you have to buy this phone!

The product is good. Dependability is another issue. I spent to much time going back and forth to your Samsung professionals.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, freezes up too much. storage issues.for no reason.
