Love my Galaxy

I've had a lot of phones over the years and I"m usually disappointed a few days after I get it because I see something better on someone else's phone, etc. I've had this phone for over a month now and I'm still in love with it!!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

The Galaxy S5 is by far the best phone I've had yet. So much storage space and memory. Keep up the good work, Samsung!

I have been a Samsung customer since 2001 cell phones and televisions mostly. I have never experience problems with any of their products until the Galaxy s5. The speaker feature stopped working within the first three months of the life of the phone. Speed of the phone decreased dramatically after 6 months. I tried deleting apps and cleaning the software but it never returned to top performance. Finally the ear piece stopped working after having the phone for less then a year. No one can hear me or vise-versa and the speaker was already not working so I found myself having to do claim through the warranty. Then Samsung mailed me a new phone who was in worst condition. When attempting to make a call the screen would just drop with every attempt up to 10 times in a row. It was almost impossible to make a call. Also the sound again. People complaint of not being able to hear me, and at times the I experienced trouble hearing people as well. The last of a sentence would get cut off.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, not any new features from the last
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
