Overall the product is good, but there is a few things that I would like to complain about. First, the camera quality was better than the previous Samsung phones, yet it takes forever to focus on a certain image at times. Next, the phone system would overheat, even if I didn't use it at all. This would create a big discomfort in carrying it around and I would have to try to cool it down. Lastly, my phone would die really quickly, so I would have to always carry around my charger. Other than these three things, the phone itself is great.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Love this phone. Had an S3, am very happy with the upgrade. Great design like the shape, does everything I need it to do. Very happy with it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Poor OS but otherwise nice phone

I had a note 2 for a long time till it broke down and I bought the S5 since it was slightly better than my note 2, lighter and fit my budget. However the phone's OS makes it not the best. Most (90%) of the time, it works fine, but the OS takes a lot of space and also the app crashing is much more frequent than on my note 2. Overall great design. It helps to have a SD card expandable memory. But the android OS upgrade needs to be fixed further.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: poor os

Features are great could be a little faster. Has had some problems with screen going good black and cord changing but I believe a defect just in my device. Overall I recommend it to others. I love it

Heads over iPhone

I went from an android system to the iPhone a few years ago, after many aggravating issues with the iPhone format, I decided to go back to the Android. I searched and researched and chose the Samsung Galaxy S5. I could not be more pleased. The battery life is fantastic as well as the interfacing with the different apps that I use.
I would recommend the Samsung Galaxy S5 to anyone who is looking for an easy to use yet highly advanced piece of technology.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Love my new phone! !

This phone has so many features my other phones never had. Even my Doctor was impressed with the health tracking features her S4 doesn't have. The features that come with this phone that are add on extras on other phones is a great saver, all the extras are already on it.

New Phone 2015

A week into using the new phone, it seems to be great. The battery life is fantastic so far and the os is navigable for a medium user. Look forward to seeing what else this phone has to offer.

This phone doesn't work

I am not able to send picture messages. I do not have service anywhere. When i send text messages it just sits and spins so i never know if my message was sent or not. even if i am connected to wifi i still cant use the internet some times.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
