Great speed, and an awesome camera it also has a awesome size screen for watching media. I would recommend this product to anyone that is inquiring about its features. A great buy at a great value.

This is the best phone I've ever had I've had Apple phones I had windows Phones, and phones ever since they came out nothing compares to the Samsung Galaxy s5 I cannot wait to get the galaxy FX I also have the Galaxy gear 2 which works great with my phone and I have a Samsung soundbar Samsung tab3 and I'm 55 inch 4k Samsung TV you could say I like Samsung

Battery over heats

I have owned several Samsung phones, G4 and G5. The G4 keep overheating and would stop working. So when it was time to upgrade, I thought Samsung had fixed the problem of overheating. I was wrong. The G5 also overheats even if it is just plugged into my car charger. Especially if attached to car charger and talking on the phone with my Bluetooth. It can not handle multiple functions well as that also causes it to overheat.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the S5 clear, sharp display, good sound and beautiful appearance (wallpapers set it off).
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, enjoy fingerprint lock screen 4 security w/passwor, love the waterproof & dustproof feature, enjoy good battery life
Cons: not pleased with camara pausing b4 snapping shot, auto correct is nerve-wrecking in texting

Too Old to Ever Use a Smart Phone

When my flip phone died, I just wanted a new flip phone. I was not interested in a smart phone. I did not need to get emails, search the internet, play games, take pictures, etc. I searched for a new flip phone, but the only one available had bad reviews, especially that it dialed 911 all by itself! I spoke with a representative from my phone service and they said check out the Galaxy S5. I told her all about how I did not want a smart phone and was to old to ever be able to do anything other than texting and phone calls on a phone. The rep convinced me to try the Galaxy S5 and even offered to help me out with it any time I needed help. OK, I was persuaded to try the S5. All I can say is that all those who say they are too old for a smart phone, just pick one up, it is easy and a delite to use. I am learning new features on the S5 every day. The first time I used the camera was at my grandson's graduation and all I can say about the pictures and videos are that the quality is outstanding and it was simple to use.
I think all senior citizens should try out a Galaxy S5 and see what an amazing smart phone it is! I was dragged, kicking and screaming into the 21st century, and I am glad It happened!

Too many problems

This phone has great features but tends to overheat a lot and freeze up in the middle of using.it. I have to constantly restart it and the battery does not stay charged very long. Besides that, this is a great product, good picture quality and tons of features. Not the best product that samsung has made but a lot better than other phones I have purchased in the past.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, overheats, lags, freezes, charger stopped working after one month, battery has short lifespan

Those extra features I thought I would never use turned out to be my favorite. I love the TV remote. My kid loves the apps available in the kids mode. Overall very satisfied. Phone works quickly and is easy to customize.
Pros: Bright display, water resistant, fast charging
Cons: Too big, charge port cover bad design, no wireless charging
