I love this phone. I did have the cover for the charger port break, but it was quickly replaced. I really love this phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

great phone with quick battery recharge

I love this phone and all the features! I love how quickly the battery recharges! The only down fall us the alarm clock it doesn't have a loud enough sound and seems to always shut off before I wake up
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: alarm clock sound

Great HD pictures

I recently upgraded from my S3 to the S5, as after comparing the S5 versus the S6, i found the S5 to be a better phone for me. The significantly higher price of the S6, whilst i like many of its features, i didn't want a phone without external memory card and without a removal battery, so it just didn't do it for me. I recently broke my great S3 phone, which even after being bent like a half moon with shattered glass and bent battery, still operates flawlessly, however, it was time for me to upgrade. I am happy with the S5, only it will take me a little time to get used to some of the function key changes (i.e. the Setup key became a soft-key rather than being next to the home key and the long hold home key is now bringing in the search function...)
Having said that, i like the firmer feel of phone, the high resolution pictures, excellent display quality.
However, i am not excited about the USB connection (it takes awhile to plug in the the double plug) and the speakers do not sound as crisp as my S3.
The heart monitor works very well, but the step counter doesn't appear to work accurately for me.
Unlike the S3, which came with the authentic Swype keyboard, the S5 came with Samsung's own version, which in my opinion is not nearly as user friendly as the Swype_Dragon available for purchase at the Play Store.
Net - net, though, i love this phone and would highly recommend it to my friends.

I've had this phone style with 2 different carriers and I love it. My husband has the black version and my sister wishes she had my phone. We love our phones.

Learning how to use.

I went from a Moto G to this phone Samsung Galaxy S5. It's a good phone so far, just I little bit difficult transitioning from one to the other. Still learning how to use this phone. But for the most part it's a great phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, great pictures
Cons: very expensive to buy. had to buy this second hand

I've had issues with my replacement phone

I had to get a replacement phone because mine was draining my battery. The replacement is doing the same. I've purchased new batteries and those drain fast too. I've got the jump program with T-Mobile and they send me texts and emails to upgrade to the S6 and I'm wondering if they sent a bad phone to get me to upgrade.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Too big, battery drains too fast

Love the S5

I absolutely love the S5. I have had Samsung products every since I have had a cell phone and the S5 is defiantly the best by far. The screen is so brilliant and colorful and features are so easy and handy to use.
