Phone works great! Fast and reliable! Replaced my S3 with S5 and it was a easy transistion with newer features. Battery life is great too!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I recently just bought my Samsung Galaxy S5 and I love it! It's fast, smooth, and the design is great. The fact it is water and dust resistant alone is fantastic! I have a little 3 year old running around my house and it helps to know my phone is just a little tougher than the average Joe. The screen is the perfect size and it's great for games and even netflix. I would recommend this phone to anyone. Thank you Samsung for making awesome products. Keep doing what you do best!

I love the picture and video quality my Samsung Galaxy 5 takes, when compared to Apple iPhones. I also love the health built-in features of the phone and GPS tracking using Google Maps.

Very impressed with the S5. Literally, the only downside to this phone is the battery life after updating to lollipop. If Samsung gets this foxed it would be a 5☆ device easily.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, apps from playstore all work great no matter what.
Cons: battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not a newcomer to Android, but before this phone, I had an iPhone. And man, am I glad I made the switch back to Android again.
First off, the size of those phone feels perfect. It feels great in my hand. The weight is great; it's not too heavy or too light.
The display is phenomenal. Watching HD videos on this phone always takes me aback from seeing how beautiful the picture is. Screen is very clear.
Rear camera is incredible. Takes wonderful shots and they look very clear. Front camera works very well too.
Battery life is another thing I really enjoy. I can usually go about five hours (of nonstop use) and not have to charge it, whereas with the iPhone I had, I would only get about two hours, at most.

Fingerprint scanner and heartbeat monitor is what I'm talking about.
Both are amazing. I always have the fingerprint scanner on. Makes unlocking the phone a breeze.

Now, onto the only con I could really think about: the speaker.
While it is nice and loud, it doesn't have a lot of bass. Now, I know with these small smartphone speakers, you can't do much, but I think there's some phones out there that have front-facing speakers and they have a lot more bass and clarity.
I usually like to listen to music on the loudspeaker instead of headphones, so I definitely think this is something that can possibly be improved to accommodate others with the same problem as I think I'm not the only one with this issue.
