Wish I had a menu button.

The S4 was easier to use. Given a chance to do over I would buy the S4 instead. Camera is slower sometimes, pictures have lines in them. I hate not having a menu button. I could hold the home button for recent apps on the S4. Worked great for me. Fingerprint scanner is a joke. works 10% of the time.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this phone! My husband got this phone for me as a mother's day present. I couldn't think of a better present than this. This phone has everything I need. I love taking pictures with it of my daughter and videos as well. I love samsung products over all.
The s5 is a wonderful phone. I love the camera on it! Lots of neat features such as the heart rate monitor, group play, and kids mode. The display is lovely and easy to see in bright or dim lighting. Many have complained about the battery life but it is far better than my previous two phones which are admittedly a bit out of date (HTC Droid incredible & Motorola Bionic). Very responsive and fast, no trouble with lagging or crashing apps.
The only con was the price, this is the only phone I have paid full price for but it is certainly worth it
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, great camera, good battery life
Cons: expensive

I got this phone 2 weeks ago and it blows the Droid razor Maxx out of the water. I have had 5 different apps running at one time and this phone showed no hesitation when processing or switching between them. Only drawback is the battery life could be better. Still waiting on the case to be designed with an additional battery built in.
This is my second S5; I got the first one the day before but the camera didn't work. So far I love it ... coming room the S3. I will not wait so long to get the next versionversion of this phone
As an upgrade from an older iPhone 4S, I was looking for numerous improvements on whatever phone I upgraded to. An improved camera was near the top of my list, and the Galaxy S5's camera has proven to be a great step forward. Not only is the hardware for the camera capable, but the software controls are numerous and lets you set up your shots exactly how you want them.
It goes without saying that performance is an important concern for anyone looking for a new phone, and this is another area where the device excels. Web browsing and switching between apps feels snappy, and overall the device feels highly responsive to what you are trying to do.
The plastic construction could be viewed as to the devices detriment, but I'm not sure it matters all that much. Unless you are using the phone without a case, it's hard to care too much about what material the backplate is made out of. The overall construction feels solid; a point driven home earlier today when I took the back panel off to install a MicroSD card. It all snaps together quite tightly, and certainly feels like a stout device that you don't need to worry about falling apart.
Overall so far I've been quite happy with my Galaxy S5. The bigger screen size gave me the unexpected benefit of letting me use the phone as an ereader, and the capabilities of the device have let me use my phone for far more than what I could with my old device. All things considered, Samsung has put together quite an impressive new phone with the Galaxy S5.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, large screen
I would recommend this to a friend!
