Works great, makes typical refrigerator noises that is to be expected. There are a number of complaints about the ice maker being noisy, in my opinion that is normal, ice drops and it makes noise, not a big deal. Bottom line, if this refrigerator continues to work the way it has in the past month, we have a winner. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this refrigerator for three years now. It has been working great and although it’s a counter depth it holds so much. I love the door in door refrigerator feature because there are so many quick grab items we want. Plus the door itself holds a lot of items and the shelves inside are adjustable so I can really organize the refrigerator best. The freezer has many compartments and door panels as well and it suits basically all our needs. The only concern I have is that the icemaker runs out pretty quickly in our family. The customer service at LG has been fantastic. They are responsive and eager to help answer any questions or problems I’ve ever encountered
