I like the wide opening of the pot, but I dont like how hot the exterior gets.. you expect it to get warm, but it gets really really hot.. like.. touch it and your burned hot.. Are there replacement feet available? Mine is about a year old and the rubber inserts for the feet are melted.

Could use an indicater light on it. Wish there was a rubber ring seal around rim of lid its self. I cooked with alot of other sizes and this is the better size we were looking for.

I bought this 3 months ago, the insert cracked while I was cooking soup causing it to leak!

I bought this crock pot and I am noticing that the quality is slipping a little. The lid rattles when cooking something on high and the finish on the inner pot seems more porous therefore it stains easier. I have an older smaller one and it cleans up nicely. The new one works great but the quality is dropping some.
