I love using my crockpot! I’m not the greatest of cooks but I’ve never messed anything while using this. Currently cooking a sirloin roast. Everything comes out so tender. Highly recommended.

This is all I need to feed my family! I rely heavily on this crockpot for soups all winter. I upgraded to this size last year and I’m so glad I did, it holds a lot of food and cooks thoroughly within the timeframe of the recipes I try. I don’t know how people get through life without one of these! In my opinion manual works great, i don’t need 100 buttons or bells and whistles.

I love these crockpots and use them frequently. They are great for large meals. My favorite to make in these are roasts. Put the frozen roast in, sprinkle with brown gravy mix, pour just a small cup of water in and let cook on HI for 5-6hrs or until super tender. Next, add in chopped fresh potatoes. Lastly, add in baby carrots and let cook another 30 min-1 hour depending on how tender you like your veggies. I also have smaller Crockpots as well. Crockpot is a brand I trust. All of mine have last a long time. I even still have my very first Crockpot that is almost 30yrs old!

Disappointing

I've only used my pot A couple of times. After the last use the inside bottom and sides is all white and hazy. It's not food - running your hand over it's smooth. Poor quality product - I expected better

Hate to say this.

I have had this Crockpot for awhile now, and from day one it just does not heat up enough, so I put it away and to be honest forgot I had it. Then after moving and seeing I still had it I thought I would give it another try! Well it still just does not cook (even on high) like my old one I gave to my daughter, I am not sure if it was just this one but I would not recommend this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but....

I was really excited about the Crockpot It worked great, but one day the pot juts cracked while cooking, I heard a big noise, and later there was a big mess under the crockpot. Now I am raping the pot in alumni foil but It does not do the work as it did before

Dissapointment

I bought this crock pot with the little extra warmer it was great! Until the second time I used it, it cracked right in half and all the ingredients in the insert when all over the bottom. I cannot find a replacement 8qt insert so I will not be purchasing another one. Feeling pretty ripped off honestly.

Crock cracked

I'm very disappointed that the crock cracked while I was cooking food. I searched for an 8qt slow cooker, and thought the original Crock Pot brand would give me a good product that would last for a long time. I've owned this for less than a year.
I didn't hear any 'pops', but when I pulled the crock out to wash it, there was a considerable amount of cooked material on the bottom of the cooking until. I then searched, and found several cracks in the crock.
I came to the website to purchase a replacement crock, only to learn it is not for sale. I will not make another purchase with this company, as long as they don't sell replacement crocks.
