My husband loves this product, He does most of the cooking for us and has found this product makes chopping and blending a pleasure, it's easy to clean as well. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

The power speeds are awesome. They have stepped this tool up a notch. I got this as a family gift because I can use this for cooking, and the kids can make smoothies. First thing I did was make them hot cocoa for Christmas and frothed the milk it made the BEST hot cocoa... they were raving. Going to take it on vacation so they can make frozen beverages and I'll make salsa.

Broke on the first try.

I received this as a gift from my niece. I took the blender out of the box and tried to use it to chop cooked cauliflower. I smelled a burning and the plastic piece that attaches the hand mixer to the bowl completely disintegrated. Very disappointed.

Enjoying the product but for or some reason the very top part of the black plastic blade attachment that connects to the hand help portion shattered & mixed in with w/the food. FPSTHB26RDP. I've been looking for a replacement blade but cannot find one for this item. Please advise.

Wonderful product

I received this as a house warming gift 2 weeks ago. I love it! I've owned both a nutribullet and ninja and this little blender is right up there. My smoothies are smooth. No chunks.

No whisk attachment!

No whisk attachment? No rechargeable version. Corded versions are too cumbersome in today's world.

Great immersion blender

I have owned this for many years and it has worked great to soups and others. The chopper works good but be sure not to over load the bowl.

Chopper top

This was a gift from one of our daughters, the chopper top is nearly to premove, I am 6/3,so no strength issue, just bad design. Plan on returning unit for refund

You may find that the lid is difficult to remove during the first few uses, but it should become easier over time.
