Can’t open food processor

Instructions do not tell you how to open the food processor. It will not twist off! Very frustrating!!!

Stripped Out Drive

Gave this to me wife as a Christmas 2019 gift. By March 2020, the plastic drive inside the unit that turns the attachments was completely stripped out. My Oster 2-Speed Immersion Hand Blender is currently useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this. Can I buy a replacement part?

I use this at least once a month. Love it. A small plastic piece broke and I hate to buy a new one because this price is so small. Hoping I can get a replacement part.

Works great, Can't find replacement part

My Husband and I like the Immersion Blender. Our only problem is the top of the chopping blade broke. We can't find a replacement one. So, the chopper is useless without it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working

I’ve only used this blender about 10 times and it randomly stopped working

Disappointed

I purchased my hand blender about 9 months ago to make candies. I performs as advertised. Yesterday l decided to use the chopping bowl to make guacamole. Apparently avocado is too hard for the blade and snapped off the center peg for the blade to spin on in the bowl. This was only the second time using the chopper bowl. Very disappointing!

Overall works well but not great

This inmersion blender is quite good, however the chopper is another story: the blades are too close to the bottom, terfore whatever is in the upper part does not blend or chop unless you stop it, rearrange it and start again. Additionally, the top attachment gets water inside and it’s impossible to clean or empty out which is supremely gross. I did not get the red one, but the dark gray. I would not recommend this
