Better Meals!

I received the Oster 10 cup food processor as a sample. Since receiving it, my family has been exceptionally pleased. We love to use it for many thing during meal preparation. We love to use it while preparing tacos, omelets, salads, and we have even made some exceptional salsa. Although we first received this as a sample, it has become a staple in our home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't buy unless you want food poisoning.

This model has a small compartment on the side of the top food chute (the small part on the side with the black top) that has openings that allow food inside of it, especially when washing. This compartment does not open to allow for cleaning, so food stays in there and will spoil or mold, and then get into your fresh food the next time you use the processor. I have used this processor once, and it already has food in that compartment from the first washing. Most inept product design I've ever seen. It's going back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an Oyster 12 cup food processor over a year ago. After about six uses the plastic safety on the bowl broke. I contacted Oyster they said there was no replacement parts for that model, but they did send at no cost a 10 cup replacement unit. after 4 uses of the replacement the plastic gears are stripped and the blade will no longer cut or even turn. Just cheap bad engineering.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't beat this machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oster model FPSTFP 1355. This review and rating is based on a 0-5 scale, with 0 being the worst and 5 being the best.
Ease of use is a 5, setup and breakdown was quick and simple. Rinse and everything right into the dishwasher.
Quality is a 4, the main bowl is a bit loose when put into the locked position. A slight side-to-side shimmy of about 3/16" in either direction. This does not hinder the performance.
Value is a 5, I have used higher priced machines with much less satisfaction.
Durability is a 4, the loose bowl is concerning, but the rest of the unit is stout. I believe it will hold up over time.
Appearance is a 4, plain black body and buttons with a stainless face plate are plain, but if i wanted art I'd get a vase.
Performance is a 5, beyond what I'm used to, salsa was just a few button presses and it was finished. With my other machine, I'm holding the pulsing until my ears were ringing. This unit allowed me to chop and/or pulse without needing ear muffs. Very quiet!
Overall this unit meets and exceeds my expectations. I happily rate it 5 of 5

A MUST HAVE FOR THE KITCHEN

This is the best Food Processor I have ever owned. It is sturdy yet lightweight, it has all the features I look for in a food processor including shred/slice and chop and is very functional for any/all uses in the kitchen. I did receive this product as a sample to review and fell in love with it. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a food processor as I use it most everyday. A MUST HAVE!!

I rated the Oster 10 cup food processor five stars in every category as it well my chopping needs. I enjoy cooking on a daily basis and often make things like salsa and pie dough from scratch. The processor works like a charm and I like the ease of the buttons as opposed to the knob on other models. Its simplicity and ease-of-use, especially when I needed to clean it and reassemble it, is one of my favorite features. In my opinion, the value you get for the price is well worth it and the quality with which it was made is excellent. One of the best features is how easily and quickly it fits together unlike other food processors that I have used in the past. Overall, I love the Oster brand and highly recommend this food processor.

Great Features !!

Love the size of it, it had suction cups which keeps it in place while using .. Like all the features, especially being able to knead dough as well as the slicing features.. It is very easy to put together, use and clean.. Only downfall is not being able to crush ice. Overall it is awesome !!

I was really impressed with how easy and simple this oster to food processor was really simple and quick to set up and have many different features and settings that allows you to make different foods. It allows you to actually be able to use the settings on many different foods from cooking to baking. I also like the lightweight design that makes it simple and easy to move around and clean. It also has a large capability with functions giving you the ability shred, mix, slice and knead dough and chop. Best food processor is a must-have and has become essential part of my cooking. I would definitely recommend it because it's very high quality and can be used with many different foods. I received this product as a sample in order to give honest feedback about the product
