PLASTIC BROKE

I bought my food processor about 2 weeks ago. I used it twice and the plastic on the lid has chipped off. It doesn't work since it doesn't seal right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lid got stuck

I love this machine, but the lid tends to get stuck and I have to jiggle it quite a while before it comes off. That's annoying. What am I doing wrong? And is there an easy way to get the lid unstuck
I would recommend this to a friend!

Piece of garbage

The first one I bought had broken pieces before I was even done opening. The second one I got, the blades don’t spin. Complete waste of money, returning both.

Food caught in handle of chute

I bought this for my daughter, who just had a baby and I am visiting and cooking for her, so I have used it 3 times. It has worked well and nothing has broken on it, although I could see if you were not careful and tried to force things, it would easily break. My real problem, though, is that food is caught in the handle and there is no way to get it out. It is just gross. I have little bits of carrots caught in there that are just going to rot and be nasty. I have had other food processors from other makers and have never seen such a thing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty good for the price but lock out is fragile.

I have never seen anyone use all the speeds available on a high dollar food processor, only a few at most. So this one works fine for me. However it seems several people have had a problem with the lockout rod breaking. This happens because they attempt to attach/remove the bowl and top as a unit. The bowl must be put in place and then the lid locked on. To remove the lid must be unlocked and then the bowl. Not particularly handy. Maybe after cleanup I just want to put both on at the same time. If they are going to insist that it work this way a stronger locking rod is needed. Designs like this just cause people like me to open the base and override the lockout switch or grind out the vertical piece of plastic that keeps it from rotating with the rod depressed and then angle the rod.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good value for four yearuntil kneading blade broke

I’m so sad

I’m so upset. I bought this food processor and had used it once before it breaking, I watched countless YouTube videos only to find that the plastic piece that snapped off- will make it impossible for the motor to engage. In my defense, the safety features are so through that is easy to break because you think you’re doing the right thing but no, it’s broken

Do not shred cheese

The first time I shredded cheese the plastic piece snapped off. Came to see if there are replacement parts and saw many other reviews had the same issues and no replacement parts to be bought.
