It broke

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife almost 2 years ago... She only used it all but 6 times and it just stopped working I think it's the motor... I'm disappointed with oster !!! I feel bad getting her this for a gift and now its worthless....

Same Design Flaw

I’ve used this food processor a handful of times and the same thing happened as the other reviewers. The housing mechanism for the safety broke and will not engage to turn motor on. Such a shame I did like this appliance very much. Might have to rethink purchasing from this company in the future.

Broke after one try!!

I’m so sad- I bought mine and it broke after only one use :( too expensive to only use once. Very disappointed

We bought this a year ago, and have had trouble all 3 - 4 times we’ve used it. Today it would not work. Going in the garbage tomorrow.

Poor design

Same issue as many others...plastic stem that engages processor motor snapped off the second time I used it. Looked for replacement part, but couldn’t find one. Glided it back on, which worked a few times, but it snapped off again. Bought a Ninja. Works great...

I loved it until....

I chose this the 10 cup cup shred ,slice food processor because it can do all. I loved it until the plastic stem that pushes down into unit that allows the motor to engage snaps off. I see now that a Major issu with this model. My sister gave it to me for Christmas last year. I would love to order a new cup but I’m afraid the same thing will happen.

I purchased this back in Aug of 2019. I've used it 3 times and now the plastic mechanism that locks to let your motor start has broken. So now I have no food processor.
