AWFUL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not work for humus or pesto at all. No matter how long you continually hit pulse button, large pieces of garlic remain. Also, same with basil and parsley. I wish I could give it less than one star/zero. This machine does not even do the basic job. in addition, the fact that the machine does not remain on, as when you emulsify is a hindrance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

I bought this a month ago and a small plastic piece broke immediately off the bottom of the bowl piece that locks it in place. Looking for a replacement piece. Help!

I just bought this BEFORE noting some complaints about the difficult cleaning. i too found it difficult to remove trapped food. I shredded cabbage and the machine did a fine job otherwise, sufficient power. I am concerned about the plastic dough blade though. Many complaints I've seen that it broke. Haven't tried yet ! ?????

Need replacement bowl

We have used this food processor about 10 times and have liked it very much until the last time when a piece broke off of the bowl and it will no longer run. After taking it apart we know we need a new bowl. We have been unable to find where we can purchase the new bowl. If we can't get a new one, we will be starting over and will not be purchasing an Oster.

Very Durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a year ago, it's been through some bumps and falls and is still performing remarkably in spite of having fallen off my counter while in operation. The food chute is cracked, but as I said, it still works very nicely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cannot turn on

I purchased this product May 2019 and have only been able to use it once. And at that time had a hard time getting it to turn on however it did work fine. Since then I have not been able to use it again same thing will not turn on, can you please replace this product? As it is imperative to my catering business, I like it but cant use it. Prefer a new one.

This thing is GARBAGE

Chops just fine. Slicing...ABSOLUTELY useless!!!! Cant seperate the curved chopping/blending blades from the stem. ALSO USLESS for mixing dough. cant use the dough blender because I cant seperate the copping blades from the stem. NOWHERE to place the dough blender!!
