Completely dissatisfied. New product in the trash.

My husband bought me the digital crockpot for christmas. I was really excited to use it. I plugged it in threw in all of my food and walked away for about 4 hours. I came back and checked it and there was no steam as i lifted the lid. I stuck my finger in and it was barely warm, Barely!! I looked at the settings and made sure i had it on high and yep its on high. I let it go for a few more hours and when my husband got home and we were ready to eat. Still nothing. Never got hot enough after 8 hours of cooking. NO DINNER. Completely dissatisfied will never buy another crockpot product!! Brand new and in the garbage. Husband said it wasnt cheap either. Do not buy un less you want to throw new products in the trash.

Check the outlet or try another one Sometimes the issue can be with the power source rather than the unit itself. 2. Make sure the power cord is fully inserted A loose connection can prevent the heating element from engaging. 3. Confirm the cooking mode is fully selected On digital models, the cook cycle must be started after choosing the temperature and time. 4. Test the unit empty for a few minutes Plug it in, set it to HIGH, and see if the base begins to warm. If it stays cool, the heating element may not be functioning. If you’ve tried these steps and the slow cooker still isn’t heating, please know that your unit is covered by our 1‑Year Limited Warranty.
