Can't Read the Control Panel

The Crock-Pot itself (that I just received for Christmas) works very well but after it warms up for about an hour you can no longer read the Control Panel from a standing position. You need to bend over and look at it straight on to read the timer and settings. Definitely heat related. I've read several others complain of this problem. Is this normal? Or is there something wrong with it?

Loved this crockpot until the last few days. I have had it for less than 2 years and suddenly timer is not working, only works in low and turns itself off. My previous crockpot lasted for 8 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband bought this for me several years ago, and recently I noticed there is a crack running along the bottom of the ceramic insert bowl. The crockpot itself works great, but I can't find a replacement bowl. Can you help me with this?

Excellent heating and time management. Very portable without worrying about spilling due to locking lid. Holds + 4 large bags of frozen meatballs with sauce.

Cooks at a slow and steady pace. Food is flavorful and cooked perfectly very easy to clean and is extremely versatile. Temperature control is perfect for make soups.

Everyone needs a Crockpot

I've had several crockpots from this brand, and I have enjoyed all of them. If you don't have the time to cook, just plop what you need in the pot, turn it on, and that's it! I love it! Especially when I have to step out for a bit (I work from home) and know that I won't have time to cook later. They're easy to clean and pretty lightweight, and storing them hasn't been an issue.
