I bought this years ago and used it to cook meals for my family. It had it's last resting gound so I bought another and I broke the ceramic bowl the other day. I refuse to give it up! I just need to know where I can buy another replacement. I love the keep warm dial...TREMENDOUSLY!

Disappointment!

I have been using Crokpot brand for years and have loved them! We wanted an upgrade so we asked for this model for our wedding. We have used it a handful of times and are disappointed! First, it gets SO hot, even on LOW for 4 hours! Our meals have ended up burnt or dried out! I always make sure there is plenty of liquid in the pot, and still have issues! I cooked a pork loin this past Friday and realized there was liquid on my counter…..when I pulled out my plastic crockpot bag, I saw the insert was CRACKED! It was cracked from one side all the way to the other! I am very angry! It leaked onto my counter somehow?! I always take care of my products, handwash, clean almost immediately after use to prevent having to soak them and I have only used it in the base. I want this issue solved ASAP! I use my crockpot 1-2 times a week and now I’m going to have to dig out my older, smaller one and hope it still works until this issue is resolved!

I bought mine back on Halloween it worked great for the 2 times I used it. Flash forward to this week and the crock has a crack that goes almost completely around the base. Very frustrating to come home and have it leaking all over my counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I GOT THIS AS A XMAS PRESENT THIS YEAR AND EVERYTIME I USE THE WARM SETTING IT BURNS THE FOOD. YOU CAN'T USE ANY SETTING JUST TO KEEP SOMETHING WARM AND THE OTHER TWO SETTING FEEL LIKE THEY ARE WAY TOO HOT.

Burns food.

This Crock-Pot burns food. High and Low are the same temp, but have different heating cycles according to mfgr. Warm is supposed to limit temp to 165 but can still boil broth/gravy meaning it runs hotter than 165 degrees. Manufacturer claims you need to cook more food than you need to meet the 2/3 to 3/4 full "requirement" in order to avoid burning food. They also claim old recipe cooking instructions are an issue as well. I believe it it is a "new design" issue and not an old recipe issue.

Hello there Michele,
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Your feedback is important to us as it helps us to improve our products and services continuously.
Crock-Pot® Slow Cookers reach the simmer point and stabilize on both "High" and "Low" at about 209°F. When using the Low setting, the heating element will gradually heat at a slow pace, whereas the High setting will heat faster. The warm setting on a slow cooker is around 165 degrees F.
In order for us to assist you further with this matter, I encourage you to please reach out to us via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am -5 pm Eastern Time.
Thank you and please stay safe!

This was my favorite crockpot until the lid's locking handle came loose. It turned just slightly to realign it and the glass shattered everywhere!
