great crock pot

I needed a crock-pot that switched over to warm after cooking - this one is that and more since it has the sealable lid which makes transporting for pot-lucks etc that much easier.
My only complaint is that I recently broke the stoneware insert and I cannot find a replacement that matches this product number - any suggestions??
Pros: cooks and switches to warm, sealable lid, easy transport
Cons: hard to find replacement stoneware for this model

My kitchen would be incomplete without our Crock Pot! I cook in at least three times a week and even more in the winter months! It is so easy to use even my husband can do it!
Pros: timer
Cons: none

Does not cook right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was cooking a 3-4 lb roast as directed in recipe. In 10-12 hrs roast was no where near done. Do not think it is cooking right. The brushmetal is hot to touch but he croack isnt absorbing the heat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
