I bought this t replace an older model that is worn. Tried it for the first time this weekend and it was perfect. This replaced a larger round crockpot and I do like the oval size.

I have had this Crock Pot for roughly over a year now. We have used it to make several beef stews, and tonight we are trying out pork chops. The 7qt capacity is amazing, and it really cooks thoroughly. I'm an avid stirrer though, so I can't attest to how thoroughly it will cook if you don't stir. I generally jam pack mine full of veggies in my stews. This Crock Pot has NOT disappointed me yet. Very easy to clean, love that it's dishwasher safe, and the stainless steel cleans very easy. Also- a nifty feature is that it shifts over to warm after your time is up. Keeps it from over cooking. Looks good sitting on the counter! Love it!
Pros: size, "warm" feature, stainless steel

Looks nice sitting on the counter. It cooks wonderfully, leaving me free to go about my day. I can put things on before bedtime and they are ready to serve the next morning. Everything tastes so good. I'm in love with my Crock Pot!

Great product

I have had several types of crockpots and I love this unit.
I've had it for several years now and use it for all kinds of food.
I have put frozen meats in and cooked on high for 4 hours and they were done beautifully. I love that after the desired cooking time it automatically turns to warm. Great feature. This way if I'm running late to get home I don't have to worry the food will burn.
I have cooked chicken, beef tips, roasts and pork chops in this unit and they all came out beautifully. They all come out very tender and I've had many compliments over the years about how tender the meat is. It's even great for my homemade soups and chili.
Unfortunately when I was cleaning the ceramic insert I dropped it on the floor and it shattered I have to buy a replacement but will purchase the same product as it has worked great for me. Not sure why others had problems but I use mine quite often and have never burned any foods or had problems with them not being cooked enough. I highly recommend this unit.

I love this crockpot, I haven't had a new one for ten years so the locking lid and automatic shut off is great! For the money, I'd highly recommend it.

Odd issue with this

Whenever I try and use this items it will cook for 15 minutes to an hour and then the display will start flashing and I cant turn it back on even after unplugging it and plugging it back in. Any help with this issue would be appreciated but at this point it looks like im going to return this and go with a competitors product.
Cons: turns off, electric display issue

Lid doesn't latch!

I have just purchased this slow cooker. As soon as I got the lid out and tried to latch it to create a tight seal to the crock I realized that this lid is defective. There is absolutely no way that the metal clasp will lock because it's too long and extends far below the hook that it needs to connect with. Unfortunately I will need to return it to the store tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
