Handles loads well

I thought my clothes were clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't believe my eyes when I took my clothes from the washer they were cleaner than they had ever been. I did not change my detergent or fabric softener. I was a little skeptical when I bought this machine because of all the new features. I truly was expecting to have paid for a lot of things that I would never use and it wouldn't have made a difference anyhow..How wrong I was. I would definately recommend this machine to everyone.. I also bought the dryer!

Too small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a bigger washing machine, and I find this one is way too small. The first load I did was too big, so the machine was stucked at the rinse cycle, it didn’t go to the spin cycle. I had to remove some clothes, so the machine could go to the spin cycle. Not convenient at all!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it over Christmas; after our Kenmore (another whirlpool) finally died. Even though it appears to be a 'basic' machine it has excellent features, both economically and environmentally.
The only feature that we really need to get used to is that the cover is locked (even during water-fill phase???) once the machine starts its cycle ( a very STEEP learning curve for us!!!); even though I understand the engineering and safety concerns for this design decision, NOT a fan of it, and would really like for it to disappear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am excited to be the owner of an HE Top Load Washer! It washes so quietly and my laundry has been fresher than ever! The only downside is the softener dispenser leaks and at the end of the wash cycle, softener is spiraling down the cylinder. Possibly rethink a dispenser that could be rinsed during a final rinse cycle or a way to salvage remaining softener. But overall, I am very happy with it.
