Now what?!

I've had my washer for three years. It has done a nice job up until recently. The sensor can't tell if the lid is locked so it just continues to click like it's getting ready to start and never starts. I've cleaned the top and the lock area to no prevail. Any suggestions? I know it's three years old but I was really hoping for more than that.

Nice washer for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is very quiet. It washes nice and spins the clothes very well. They are barely damp when it is done, which is nice because my dryer has to work less. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you can't start filling the washer with the lid up. I like to put the detergent in while it is filling so it doesn't just soak into the clothes.

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has an agitator and actually cleans the clothes. My prior washer did not have an agitator and was always off balance and didn't clean well. This is not a huge washing machine but is big enough for what I need.
