Some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter what size the load...big or just one piece, the water level is the same and the length of the wash is the same, also much longer than previous washer. The noise during the fill up is irritating. Very load and thumps when washing.Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst washer EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought brand new Dec 30, 2016. Not washing, fills up, then nothing. I had to drain it, squeeze out water from every piece of clothing!!! Called Whirlpool for an authorized repair in my area, they said 7 to 19 days fir SOMEONE TO COME OUT !!! live in small town, but someone is a authorized repair, but they him "frozen", so that means MORE additional time I will have to wait to wash clothes!!!!!won't every buy Whirlpool again, unless someone comes this morning, which I highly doubt it!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a big fan of the 'door lock'

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know most all new washers has the locking lid feature but I see no need for it. Many times I want to raise it to make sure all is well, check water level, or soap level etc.Why is it necessary to have this feature>?

Simple yet efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted something simple (not a lot of bells and whistles) and this machine fits the bill. My only complaint is the auto sensing water level. I do almost all small loads, as a single person, and it seems to fill up with water regardless of the load size. Also I don't like that the water shuts off when you open the lid. I liked to use the water to rinse out the detergent and fabric softener lids.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No hot water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this two weeks ago. Water temp.is not hot. Luke warm at best. Serviceman replaced a part, that didn,t help. Then this week, the washer was filling and then started draining. All the lights went off on the control panel. I had to unplug the machine to shut it off. Repairman is on his way over again!
