[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the fabric softener cycle as it doesn't expel all of the liquid and then drips on the clean clothes during the final spin, (and no I don't put too much in, I follow the directions). I also have issues with the machine going off balance during the spin cycles for no reason, even with the smallest of loads. The machine has been leveled properly with a level so I feel this should not happen as much as it has been happening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that this washer is quiet. I also love the fact that it has multiple settings than the normal washer. I don't need high-tech gadgets to keep me happy so this washer is perfect for a family of 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine does a great job washing. Everything comes out very clean. The automatic water detection feature makes filling the machine painfully, painfully slow. I wish there was a manual override to set my own water leve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good machine and has been working great. I like that it's easy to set and the lock doesn't lock immediately so I can still throw some items in if I've forgotten anything. We do need to be careful to balance the loads but the machine stops if it's unbalanced so we can fix it. It's a bit noisy (we don't have a laundry room but our baby girl still sleeps if I have a load running.
