First HE Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was displaced by the flood in Louisiana last month. I basically lost everything and had to start over in a new location. I bought this washing machine once I got relocated. It is my first HE machine. It took getting used to at first, but overall I like it. Only complaint is it will not take on any hot water. I had it checked and it seems to be a bad mixing value in the machine. Other than that it is a great machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works as a washer should work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer after having using a competitor top loading washer for approximately 12 months.We specifically wanted a deep wash and an agitator. This washer fits the bill, I feel I finally have a washer that moves the clothes and gives me a choice of deep water, I believe you need water to wash clothes.Only thing I can think of that would improve this product would be to have a signal at the end of the cycle.

Loving my washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my washer due to having lost all of our stuff in april this year to a house fire we needed to get it so I could keep our clothes done. But our machine is so quiet and I forget it's running. Loving our washer it's the best.
