Received our washer 3 days ago but have done 20 loads. Seems to clean very well. Does have a "manual soak" option which I've used (I didn't see this advertised in anything I read online). Ability to add garments is a nice feature. Our appliance repairman told us to be sure to purchase machine with an agitator if buying a top load. The cycle selector dial seemed a bit "confusing" at first. Wish the Use & Care Guides would give approximate cycle times. Miss the "end of cycle signal" we had on our previous machine. Have only used "auto sensing water level". Seems to do a good job using that. Some review I had read didn't like it. Hopefully, I'll feel the same way about this machine in three months. Also, some complained of excessive noise which I haven't experienced so far (have washed scatter mats).
