Worse washer ever

Terrible, machine is brand new and the sensors don’t work, it uses a ridiculous amount of water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought 7 years ago, disappointed from day one. I’m sure it’s because of government mandates, but clothes sprinkled with water does not clean your clothes . Lid locks shut so you can’t see the injustice When a washing machine stinks and you have to buy cleaner to clean your washing machine every month, what does that say about your clothes. Do you want a washing machine that works? Buy a Speed Queen TC5. After day 1, you could noticeably see a color difference; clean. And not to be disgusting, but it actually knock the poo stain out of underwear. I am not a salesman, or a stock owner, SpeedQueen has the longest warranty and it cleans like washing machines use too when I was a child (45 years ago)

Worst washer

This is the worst washer. I've had it for about a year. It NEVER fills with enough water for clothes to agitate properly. Clothes on top never get wet, no matter the setting. I only wash half loads. What's the point of it being efficient if I have to wash and rinse twice. Also, the lid is starting to rust.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have loved to give this back to you until I read the book that came with the machine. I video'd it running and my friends said things like "it sounded like a dying goose," "something is very wrong, something's loose", "they don't make things like they used to, "I have one exactly like it. I hate it too!" "What, that's NEW??? EEK!" Replaces an ancient Whirlpool that died! Why isn't Whirlpool in the choices of replaced washing machines? Every appliance maker advertises how QUIET their appliances are. PLEASE!!! This is not an advance, this is 20 steps backward. My mother's old wringer machine didn't make this much noise! Noise is the trump that ruins this machine for me. Sorry!

Nice to get back down to the basics!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a front loading washer with all of the bells and whistles for the last 5 years and never realized until now how much "WATER" and an "AGITATOR" makes a difference in how clean your clothes can get. When the cadillac of washers I had stopped working it was time to get a new one. I didn't feel it was worth paying top dollar for a new washer to last just another 5 years, so I decided to go back to the basics and try my luck there. So far so great. It's louder than the top of the line counterpart, but it also does it's job better. I have yet to get a water bill, so we'll see. 4 stars just because it makes itself known throughout the house!
