auto sensing not working

Bought the washer a few month ago, just found out that the auto sensing is not working as expected. Even for a few piece of underwears, the tank is fully filled. There is no manual option to choose water level, which is not good. Also, when the cycle finished, it takes over 30 seconds to unlock the lid, not cool. Another thing is the function of cancelling react really slow, I have to wait for another 5 secs after cancelling the cycle and open the lid.
Overall, I am not recommend this washer to others. Just don't buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Harvy. We're terribly sorry to hear that your washer isn't filling to the water level you expected and that your lid lock doesn't operate like you'd prefer. With your lid lock, the washer will often need to wait additional time during or at the end of the cycle to ensure that the drum has stopped moving. Easy to use and reasonably quiet
