Trouble - Again!

Dryer is only a few months old. Second time I have had problems with the dryer. The Drum is turning but is thumping and scraping. Nothing is Stuck and it is doing it empty and full. No help from manual. UGH!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer expecting for it to just get me by until I could afford to get a more high end dryer. To my surprise this thing is awesome. Has three temperaturs to dry at. Has a power save option and wrinkle free. It's worth every penny. Highly recommend this product
