Loving the size and technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had a new washer/dryer in over 20 years. The size of the tub of the washer and the lighted drum of the dryer has allowed me more freedom to wash and dry larger loads. Love the eco feature of the dryer and auto sensing of the washer, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new dryer. The old Whirlpool I had was about 25 years old and still going. This one hasa much larger drum and the items come out wrinkle free. I am well pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this with our new home and the unit works great. My only complaint is that the door is kind of chinsy. It is not an easy latch; you have to slam the door shut. Not a huge issue but just unusual.

So I purchased this unit to simply be a workhorse for our busy family. No frills. I have a few concerns. The latch to close the dryer is 'difficult' and I fear will give me problems. It doesn't seem to want to close the door properly. And anyone knows that your unit will not work without the door shut. My next concerns is the door handle is flimsy and always slides out. I had to take it to stay put. I would recommend spending a few more dollars for a sturdier piece of equipment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
