It's easy to use(once you take the time to understand you personal default functions).
And it plays music when my clothes are ready, instead of that alarming grainy honk of washers past.

Want Clean Clothes? Not the Washer for You.

Uses so little water the clothes do not get clean. Clothes don't even get soaked with water, let alone my expectation that there should be some excess water surrounding the clothes. Tried everything...smaller loads, more detergent, cycle choices, extra rinse, etc., White rugs turned the blue color of the HE detergent because no water and with the cycle times being so long, they were stained. Frustrating waiting an hour for clothes that aren't even wet, let alone clean. Can only conclude that the #1 priority when this machine was designed was efficient water use. Getting clothes wet, let alone clean, an afterthought. Renting a high rise apartment building, so stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke within less than a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The repair people were great and helpful, came and fix with no charges or problems ,but they said the main board that controls the whole system had broke. Less than a year using the machine. I hope it doesn't just break again in the next year and it keeps happening all the time. I can tell how durable and reliable the product is because so far it hasn't been.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
