stopped working at 2 years

we bought this washer brand new 2 years ago and now when you power it on it immediately turns off, since the product only came with a 1 year warranty and the replacement part costs about as much as the washer does, we are now out a washer and will need to purchase a new one. would expect this to work much longer than 2 years for the price - will be going with a different brand for our next purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too complicated
