Because I wanted the convenience, I bought both the washer and dryer and had them installed in my kitchen. I waited almost a year before writing a review because I had read some negative reviews about the pair. There definetaly was a learning curve and a hiccup initially because the installer connected the drain from the dryer wrong. However I read the manuals and learned the proper settings to get the results that I wanted. And the results are all that I wanted. Great products.

Exactly what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did. Excellent features and does a good job on large and small washes. The best feature is how quiet this machine is. The first time I used it I kept checking to see if it was on, I couldn't believe there was no noise. Very happy with this purchase.

Fairly quiet, for compact washer holds large loads

I was reluctant at first, thinking I wanted to replace the front load that broke with a top load. ThIs washer was the replacement and I am pleasantly surprised by how well I like it.
