So disappointed!

We were happy when we first purchased this washer. Ran well, cleaned well, and was easy enough for all to use. Then it started to not run through a complete rinse cycle occasionally, leaving soggy clothes. Then it shut off and left the door locked with the clothes inside. We unplugged, reset the machine, the door opened. Yesterday, the machine shut down again with clothes inside and door locked. No matter what we have tried, we can not open the door or get the machine to work at all. So now we have to call a service. I have read many similar complaints here!! I believe Whirlpool has a design flawl with this machine!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke Down 1 Month After Warranty Expired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into our condo in November 2019. This machine stopped working and locked my clothes in the washer October 2020. Error code F3 E1. Because it was Thanksgiving long weegend, no one was able to come and release my clothes and fix it until 4 days later. I called in as well and I was told warranty is over as well. A bit disappointed.

No Bells and Whistles

Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything you need in a washer and dryer combo. As with all front loaders there is a problem with the rubber outer ring where water can collect and get mouldy if not aired out. I have to leave the door open to air it out. This is a bad design flaw in my opinion. Other than that I like it very much!

Washes clothes well except black smudge marks

Happy with washing ability and capacity however some white tees come out of the wash with black smudge marks. They wash out but are annoying.
